REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The South Pointe Sea Stars Swim Team is for swimmers age
5-18. (Age determined as of May 31, 2010.) Swimmers should be able
to complete 1 lap of the pool independently. We are one of 23 teams
who participate in the Naperville Park District Swim Conference.
Our season runs from late May through July and involves daily
practice opportunities M-F, dual meet (competition) opportunities
on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and loads of fun in
between. We hope to see you this summer!!

Club and you would like to participate in PRIORITY
REGISTRATION for swim team, please inquire about

Below are the steps to registering a new or returning swimmer
for the South Pointe Sea Stars:

log in to your account, update all of your contact
information and ENTER
YOUR MEET PARTICIPATION ONLINE
1. Complete all registration
paperwork

ATTENTION TO POSTMARK DEADLINE REQUIREMENTS

2. Include all swimmers’ registration fees
including the t-shirt/cap fee per swimmer which is required.
3. Click on the MY
ACCOUNT button on the L hand side of the page and update
all of your contact information. (New
swimmers just return your paperwork and we will add an
account for you and email you a log in password.)
4. Click on the EVENTS
tab on our team website and scroll down to each meet and
indicate meet participation for each of your swimmers by clicking
on the ATTEND THIS button.(New
swimmers will complete this step after your new account is
created and you are emailed a password.)
5. Return paperwork as
follows :

and returning swimmers (& siblings) mail paperwork
and fees no earlier than March 8, 2010 and no later than March
19, 2010. Non-Member registrations may be mailed beginning March
20, 2010 and no later than March 31, 2010.

Member and Return Swimmer
Registrations and fees must be mailed and postmarked no earlier
than March 8, 2010 and received no later than March 19, 2010. Any
member and return swimmer registrations postmarked after March 19,
2010 must include a $20 late processing
fee. Non-Member Registrations may be mailed
beginning March 20, 2010 and received no later than March 31,
2010. Any non member registrations recieved after March
31st must include a $20 late fee. If forms are not complete
or fees not included, registration will be denied. Any
member and/or non-member registrations that are late may be
declined. NO DROP-OFF REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. The
number of swimmer registrations for any particular age and/or
gender group may be limited to insure the safety of the swimmers
and the quality of our summer program. Beginning with priority
registration and ending with non-member registration, spots will be
filled on a first come, first serve basis. We will notify you if
your age group has filled and you must be placed on a wait
list.
